Join Cleveland Clinic for a Special Community Health Event FREE - Adult Health Screenings,  Health and Nutrition Demonstration

Date: Saturday, June 18th, 2022

Time: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Location: Dr. Martin Luther King Community Center 2400 Charleston St, Hollywood, FL 33020

This event is free of charge and includes:

• Adult Health Screenings
  • Blood pressure screenings
  • A1C tests
  • Height/Weight/BMI
  • Balance screenings
  • Colorectal cancer screenings
  • Medication Review
• Health and Nutrition Demonstration
• Giveaways including light refreshments and a chance to win a $100 gift card

We will have patient financial advocate offering information sessions. Our partner organizations will be in attendance offering educational information and resources during the event.
